Freedom of the press / freedom of the media is the freedom of communication and expression through electronic media and published materials such as magazines or news papers.
With respect to governmental information, information is sensitive, classified or secret and being otherwise protected from publish due to relevance of the information to protecting national interest. 

The USA in 1948 states: "Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference, and impart information and ideas through any media regardless of frontiers"

I believe freedom of speech is acceptable but to a certain extent, by this I mean people should be allowed to express their opinions and views on world happenings but once their opinion includes either abuse or racism their freedom of speech should be cancelled and no longer valid.
